Rad. Occupy collective mind w new thoughts. We are making it all up. Post up ur mind space and project/ transmit. That's all it all is anyhow. A thought. From where? Now from us.  Might as well make it fun free easy. Smiling complete happy now or miserable now it's us. We did it, we undo it... Where do we go from here?! We are not fallen creatures. Everrrrryyyything physical/ non physical is in perfect order and we're doing great. Yes. Let's make it mythical now skies the limit. New thought that changed everything, collective. "Old" thoughts that still work are completely welcome.

Fact: No two physical objects can occupy the same space at the same time.

This is just basic physics. We have to choose between this piece of furniture and that piece to fill a given space in the corner of the living room. We have to choose between a handful of blueberries or a handful of nuts to go into this bowl. We have to choose between this dress or that suit to clothe our bodies.

We have to choose because we can't have both occupying the same space. And we get this. We learn it as little kids. We live by it even if we fight it once in a while (overpacking a suitcase just a wee bit, anyone?).

In fact, we can even thank this law of physics because it has compelled so many of us to choose a path to a simpler life, to live with less so we can create more space and more openness to breathe and to live a minimalist lifestyle.

We have chosen to give away the physical clutter that piles up in our spaces in exchange for serenity, for simplicity, and for a richer life.

But what about non-physical clutter that fills up our minds and fogs our vision every day, every second even?

Why can't we apply the same principle to our thoughts, which could benefit a thousand fold from a little clean-up in their dusty attic?

What would we do if we knew for a certain fact that a positive thought and a negative thought cannot occupy the same space in our mind at the same time? That they cannot co-exist at all?

We would have to start choosing our thoughts like we choose our clothes for the day.

For the longest time, I could not get on board with the positive thinking movement. It sounded fluffy and shallow at first. It seemed to make light of my problems and most of all, it didn't seem to work.

I would read books, scan hundreds of blog posts, even write a few of my own, and repeat the positive affirmations over and over to myself, all to little or no avail. Deep inside, I still felt largely negative, unhappy and far from positive or peaceful.

Worst of all, I felt like a fake. I wanted to be positive. I talked about positivity, and I wanted to believe in it but it just wasn't working its magic on me.

And it wasn't for lack of trying. I really did try. My husband can tell you about my sincere attempts, and my Kindle can prove how many books I devoured to prove my interest!

But positive thinking still didn't work for me. Here's why.

You see, I was committing to the positive thoughts as much as I was holding on to the negative ones. I was thinking "I am powerful beyond measure. I can run a successful business." as much as I was thinking, "This is not going to work. I am going to mess it up. It is too late for me to start over." I repeated and reinforced the good as much as the bad.

And since both thoughts could not occupy the same space in my mind, the power of habit sided with the one that it was used to nurturing: the negative thought. It was the familiar voice it knew, and it takes a lot less effort to believe the familiar than to get on board with the new and unfamiliar.

So how do we apply this principle to clean out the mind clutter for good?

If you are reading this, you are either a pro minimalist or a new and aspiring one (welcome). So given our love of "less is more" in the physical world, let's follow the step-by-step approach below to clean out the clutter in the mind:

1. Get ready to move out of your castle. Imagine your mind lives in a giant castle filled with the stuff that fills up minds: thoughts, worries, anxieties, fears, memories, desires, questions, yearnings, … and more thoughts.

Now imagine you are going to move out of this giant castle. It has been good to you no doubt but the rent is up and you can't afford it anymore, and you are moving into a clean, open, well-lit but teeny tiny space in your favorite spot in the world. (For me, Queenstown, New Zealand next to Lake Wakatipu and you're welcome to join me!)

2. Choose carefully what you pack. You have to pack very light. And you can only take with you what you plan to use. Ask yourself (really, loud and clear, ask yourself):

Am I going to use the worries, the anxieties, the fears and the negative thoughts? Am I going to use the memories, the desires and the positive thoughts?

Decide on each one as if this were a real move (because it is). Decide consciously and with intention. What will you choose to take, and what will you choose to leave behind?

3. Find a space for everything you brought as you move into your new place. Everything has to occupy a space and no two things can occupy the same space at the same time so it would be best if you brought not quite so much. There's room only for half the stuff in your head anyway!

4. Apply the rule to live clutter-free now. If you chose to leave behind the worries, anxieties, fears, and negative thoughts, then you have de-cluttered your mind from the get-go. You are truly a hero, at minimalism and at positive thinking (and the rest of us envy you!)

But not all of us can detach so quickly from our cozy familiar world even if it means our negative thoughts.

So if you chose to bring everything—the good, the bad and the ugly—your tiny space will be beyond cluttered. That's okay. Just consciously apply the rule: No two things can occupy the same space in your mind at the same time. Choose either a negative thought or a positive one for this day or this hour or this very minute. Discard the other.

For instance, you can either choose a peaceful memory or a big worry, fear or courage, acceptance or denial.

And listen, you can choose the worry if you want. Just choose it consciously. No fooling yourself. And then, worry. Worry until you are sick of it. Worry a lot. Then choose fear if you must and fear as much as you can. Then choose anxiety and be anxious for a few hours.

I am not saying you can't choose the bad. I'm just saying you can't choose both and this is where we finally start to outsmart that clever mind of ours.

And it's where you begin to think simpler now: You can have one thought at any given moment, but not two or ten.

Sometimes you choose right, sometimes you learn, but if you keep applying the rule, every day you will get closer to the freedom and peace that only a clutter-free mind can give you.

But what if you can't choose? What about the times you feel indecisive or don't care?

Every time you give up the choice, you return to what you know, you go back to default, to the familiar face, the good old smell and taste. Your familiar and your default mode is different from mine but as far as our desires, I'll go out on a limb and say we both want the same thing, you and I.

We want to be happy, free of worry and anxiety, free of stress and fear, and definitely free of clutter. We want to fill our minds with positive thoughts and our hearts with peace and joy and love. No?

So as you settle into your new tiny clean clutter-free space in your favorite spot in the world, make room only for positivity, for joy, for serenity, for optimism and for happiness. It's a process, my dear, it's an adjustment, it takes time but It Works.

Choose to fill your new abode in this manner one thought at a time and you will be surprised how the small stuff adds up to take you where you were always belonged: with a quiet clutter-free peaceful mind.

Allowing our Allowance

I don't have a schedule. I don't have plans. I have intentions. Peace #1 priority. Am I in peace now? Am I in peace now? Peace is health. Health is wealth. Nothing can be accomplished outside of peace. 

If I have to lay here all day in the woods under my sleeping bag, I will for peace. Food won't make me happy for long. People won't. Things won't. Only my perspective I have the power to do anything about. I have a choice. I am setting a standard for myself that others can live with. Convenient easy free honest. I'm fairly happy w what I have. If I really need something else it will come like it always has.

Let's not pay to live on our planet. Let be happy w the free things and value peace above all. Peace is not submission, it's surrender into who we are. It's full power serving all now. Its what we came here to do and will never be truly happy till we are it. Yet all it is mainly is non participation in what don't fully resonate with. 

So I just lay here n breathe n smile n let go n watch "my" fingers move on this screen. Are they even mine? Do I care? Not really. Am I feeling peace n love for all? Getting there yes. Stilling the waters. Calm. Allowing the allowance. Non ownership. Un-controlling the uncontrollable. Just being, complete now "as-is". Planet Awesum! Gratitude is abundance.

Consider this Helpful Guide to Becoming Unbusy:

1. Realize that being busy is a choice. It is a decision we make. We are never forced into a lifestyle of busyness. The first, and most important, step to becoming less busy is to simply realize that our schedules are determined by us. We do have a choice in the matter. We don't have to live busy lives.

2. Stop the glorification of busy. Busy, in and of itself, is not a badge of honor. In fact, directed at the wrong pursuits, it is actually a limiting factor to our full potential. It is okay to not be busy. Repeat this with me: It is okay to not be busy.

3. Appreciate and schedule rest. One of the reasons many of us keep busy schedules is we fail to recognizethe value of rest. But rest is beneficial to our bodies, our minds, and our souls. Set aside one day per week for rest and family. Intentionally schedule it on your calendar. Then, guard it at all costs.

4. Revisit your priorities. Become more intentional with your priorities and pursuits in life. Determine again what are the most significant contributions you can offer this world. And schedule your time around those first. Busyness is, at its core, about misplaced priorities.

5. Own fewer possessions. The things we own take up far more time and mental energy than we realize. They need to be cleaned, organized, and maintained. And the more we own, the more time is required. Own less stuff. And find more time because of it.

6. Cultivate space in your daily routine. Take time for lunch. Find space in your morning to sit quietly before starting your day. Invest in solitude, meditation, or yoga. Find opportunity for breaks at work in between projects. Begin right away cultivating little moments of space and margin in your otherwise busy day.

7. Find freedom in the word, "no." Seneca wrote, "Everybody agrees that no one pursuit can be successfully followed by a man who is preoccupied with many things." Recognize the inherent value in the word "no." Learning to say "no" to less important commitments opens your life to pursue the most important.

Busy does not need to define you. Unbusy is possible. It's okay to be happy with a calm life. And doesn't that sound wonderful right about now?

The First Landing

The first landing is the landing and interconnection of your multidimensional mind with your third dimensional brain. The brain is completely encased within the skull, but the multidimensional mind is just above your brain where it resonates to the fourth dimension and beyond. Thereby, the aura of your physical body is the primary connecting devise between your third dimensional brain and your multidimensional mind.

Once your multidimensional mind has fully "landed" and interconnected with your physical brain, your earth vessel begins its metamorphosis into lightbody. This metamorphosis is much like the shift from a caterpillar to a butterfly, in that it is not a transformation in which a new element has been added. Instead, it is a transmutation in which your body is aligned to a higher frequency of resonance.

This higher frequency of resonance always existed in the higher frequency, but it was not visible to the limited perceptions of your earth vessel. As the energy patterns of your multidimensional mind begin to interlace and interact with your physical brain, higher dimensional perceptions come online to your human consciousness. However, you are only conscious of these perceptions while you are in a higher state of consciousness.

In a low state of consciousness, which is created by fear-based thoughts and emotions, your earth vessel is filled with adrenalin and is on alert for any incoming danger. Therefore, all attention is placed on the physical world. Conversely, when you are in a higher state of consciousness, which is created by love-based thoughts and emotions, your earth vessel is filled with endorphins.

These endorphins amplify the sense of joy, love and wellbeing that first initiated their release. While you are in this state of consciousness, all is safe in the world. When you feel safe your consciousness expands into the higher dimensions, which allows you to move beyond the confines of your daily life enough to consciously perceive glimpses of the higher dimensions.



In this state of consciousness, you are able to expand your perceptions beyond the normal human "visible" field into the higher expressions of light in the ultraviolet range of the electro-magnet field. At first, you will likely perceive the fourth dimension, as you have become accustomed to that reality via your dream life.

Your physical earth vessel is living within a hologram in which everything resonates to the limited range of the "visible" electro magnetic spectrum. One of your greatest challenges in your process of ascension is to release the habit of believing that the physical plane is the onlyreality. With the release this habitual thinking, you can begin to remember that you are not your earth vessel, but you are wearing your earth vessel.

You have many realities in which you hold/wear a higher frequency vessel, such as a Pleiadian vessel, a Sirian vessel or an Arcturian vessel. Yes, we Arcturians have long ago released our need to wear a vessel. However, many of us have "landed" within the forms of earth vessels. In fact, many of us came to answer Gaia's call for assistance at the fall of Atlantis knowing that we would continue to take earth vessels until Gaia could fully transmute back into Her fifth dimensional expression.

Our contract is now up, and we/you can return to our true Arcturian, or Pleiadian, Sirian etc. form. However, your consciousness has worn an earth vessel for many incarnations. Thus, your consciousness will need to go through the process of remembering how your multidimensional light-based form feels as opposed to how your third dimensional matter-based form feels. It is the landing of the multidimensional mind that will facilitate this process. 

The human brain resonates to the small "visible" field of the electro magnetic spectrum and cannot read data of higher frequencies unless you expand your consciousness into that frequency. The landing and interconnection of your multidimensional mind is your personal portal out of the 3D hologram, as it serves as a "control tower" high on a mountain that can transmit and receive higher frequencies of light.

Living in a hologram means that you are living in a world of light that is structured to resonate to the aforementioned "visible" frequency of the electro magnet spectrum. As your connection to your multidimensional mind progresses, you will begin to remember your higher expressions of SELF in the myriad realities of the higher dimensions. Since your earth vessel is holographic, you too are made of light. Hence, you do not need to create or activate your lightbody.

You ARE a lightbody right now resonating to a lower frequency of light. Your physical brain projects out the frequency of light that illuminates your perceptions of that frequency. However, as you expand your connection with your multidimensional mind, your conscious and unconscious communications with your higher expressions send you information from your higher dimensional realities.

This information is constantly reminding you to raise your state of consciousness into the ultraviolet spectrum to re-activate your innate perceptions of the higher dimensions. Your physical form can only perceive the third dimension. However, when you expand your consciousness into your multidimensional mind you can create a conscious connection with one or several of your higher dimensional SELVES.

Via this connection, your higher expressions of SELF can easily perceive fifth-dimensional Gaia and send those perceptions to your earth vessel. Your higher expressions can also download information into your consciousness. However, your physical brain is incapable of receiving, storing and understanding this frequency of data. Therefore, you must expand your consciousness into your multidimensional mind in order to consciously receive and understand this information.  

With a higher state of consciousness, you have the ability to perceive the fifth dimensional reality in which you NOW live. However, first you must deny your brain's belief that the only "real" world is the physical world and the higher dimensional worlds are "just your imagination." This restructuring of cognition can only occur when you clear your 3D computer brain of low frequency, fear-based data.

When your computer is full, distortions occur when you attempt to add new data. This is the same situation with your human brain/computer. Hence, old memories of fear, anger and sorrow that fill your memory banks must be cleared to create the necessary "space" for your physical brain to interconnect with your multidimensional mind.

These old fear-based emotions also create a "drag" on your consciousness and limit your ability to maintain a high enough state of consciousness to consciously us with your multidimensional mind to commune and interact with the myriad higher expressions of reality. Fortunately, these fear-based experiences and memories are stored as energy patterns. Therefore, they can be released, not even as memories, but as patterns of energy.

For example, take a moment to connect with your physical brain so that you can perceive the energy pattern of fear. Do no become attached to the cause, situation of emotions of this energy pattern. Merely observe the color, density and movement of an energy pattern of fear. Do you see how this energy is dark, dense, sluggish or completely immobile?

Feel this fear-based energy pattern in your physical form. Do you understand now how this energy dampens your state of consciousness to trap you in third dimensional illusions? Can you see now why the remaining beings of darkness continue to create fearful scenarios to lower humanities consciousness?

Fortunately, you have the antidote to all fear, which is unconditional love. Unconditional love resonates to the highest frequencies of light. We ask you now to direct your attention into the energy field of unconditional love. Do you see how it is filled with myriad octaves of light?


Observe as the energy pattern of multidimensional love swirls towards the higher worlds into an ever-expanding vortex to create a living portal to your Multidimensional SELF.

Now we ask you to place your fear, your anger and your sorrow into this beautiful, infinite vortex. As you allow these fear-based energy patterns to escape from your conscious, unconscious and subconscious brain, heart and body, see how the dark, dense energy pattern of fear disappears into the swirling light of unconditional love to be transmuted back to light.

This swirling light of unconditional love also neutralizes any danger by surrounding your with the protection of your own higher resonance of SELF. Within the safe envelope of unconditional love, your body releases the endorphins that expand your consciousness back into your multidimensional mind.

Additionally, the higher light streaming into your planet from the Galactic Center is constantly entering your physical form. This resonance of light is extremely uncomfortable to all fear-based energy fields, and serves to flush them to the surface of your consciousness. Emotions feel the same way leaving your form as they did when they entered your form.

Therefore, remember to tell yourself, "I am not having these emotion. I am releasing these emotion." With this knowledge that the higher light is purging your memory of fear-based files, you do not need to remember these situations or partake in the purge in anyway. Just call in unconditional love to assist with the purging and surround your self with the higher light.


Your form is much like a hot-air balloon. First you release anything that is so heavy that it will diminish your flight. Then, you are unhooking the balloon from the ground and taking off into the skies. In this manner, you are releasing the third dimension from the lowest frequencies up.

As the weight of your inner darkness/fear diminish, your journey into the "skies" of the higher worlds escalates. To assist this process transmuting darkness into light:
Listen to the fear-based energy patterns that tell you that you do not deserve to...
Send these dark energies the multidimensional light of unconditional love...
Observe as these energy patterns transmute within the unconditional love...
Feel how your earth vessel becomes lighter and purer with each release...

You are expanding into your higher expressions of SELF by releasing the lower frequency memories that have trapped you in the illusion of the third dimensional world. In this manner, you free that which has limited your consciousness so that you can consciously participate in the landing, docking and interconnection of your multidimensional mind into your third dimensional brain.

Once your multidimensional mind is fully integrated with your physical brain, you will be in constant connection with the higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF.  You will then be able to release your attachment to the limitation and separations of the 3D hologram and find your portal out of the holographic program and into YOU, the programmer.

Dear Ones,
We are within, above, beyond and even below you. We embrace your totality within your 3D hologram to assist you with your with the release of all illusion This release must be done in a slow and measured fashion or it would be too difficult for your physical brain to retain its ability to coup with daily life.

Already, your left-brain is resisting the force your fifth-dimensional thoughts that are attempting to connect with its third dimensional circuitry. At the same time, that which was once perceived as higher consciousness feels more like normal consciousness. In other words, your base-line consciousness is rising to the degree that mundane tasks can actually cause a physical sensation within your 3D brain.

We wish to tell you to honor this sensation for it is the FEEL of change. That which was once normal is quickly becoming a heavy weight in your energy field. In other words, YOU are raising the frequency of your consciousness to the state that your physical body feels too slow, too outdated.

Releasing Illusion
We say the term "feels" as you are in the process of releasing the old illusion that ONLY physical sensations are real. You are not yet fully aware of these new sensations, so they fall into the category of "feels like." You are still comparing your new light form with your old physical form, which can become quite frustrating.

The constant comparison between where you were and were you are going makes you "unconscious" of the actual journey. Therefore, we ask that you take the leap of Being where and who you are within the NOW. We ask that you "let go" of where who you were and who you are becoming.

Do you see how your comparison of your past and your future binds you into third dimensional time? It is important that you continually remember that the fifth dimension exists in the no-time of the ever-present NOW. Thus, "let go" of that which is complete and embrace that which is NOW.

You will find guidance for this most difficult task by observing the plant and animal kingdom. They do not wait for that which they need. Instead, they live each moment with what they have. The members of the plant and animal kingdom have not detached themselves from the web of creation, as humanity has.

The web of creation is similar to the 3D matrix in that the web of creation (the WEB) is the electricity that keeps the matrix of your 3D video game running. The 3D Matrix is the format for your physical life. This matrix is much like the spider web on which the spider crawls and captures all that it needs. In the same manner as a spider, you create your own 3D Matrix based on the rules of the physical plane.

Now your consciousness has expanded into the higher frequencies of reality. Therefore, you can free yourself of the 3D Matrix by connecting with the web of creation. This WEB has always existed, but most of you were completely unaware it. Unlike a spider's web that resonates to the exact same frequency as the physical spider, the web of creation resonates to a frequency just above your physical reality and slightly out of phase with 3D time.

Consciously Perceiving the WEB
To consciously perceive this web of creation, you must release your habit of physicality as well as third-dimensional concept of time. At first, it is most likely that you will perceive this WEB with your animal body, your physical form, as your 3D brain will not be able to compute perceptions of this frequency.

However, remember how we said that the animal and plant kingdom were aware of this WEB? Therefore, when you use the animal form that you are wearing to sense the web of creation, you will be able to FEEL it on your skin.

However, just as your physical brain cannot compute the fifth dimensional perceptions of your lightbody, your physical brain sends many of your animal instincts into your unconscious mind. Therefore, you will have to expand you consciousness into your fourth dimensional perceptions to consciously perceive information "saved" within your unconscious mind.

In a similar fashion, when you expand your consciousness into the fifth dimension, you are also able to perceive the quantum world. It is with your quantum consciousness, your DNA portal into the higher dimensions, that you will best be able to perceive the web of creation via your animalinstincts.

There are many members of your human race who were labeled the "Indigo Children." Many of these Indigo Children are now teens or young adults. They represent your next evolutionary shift of humanity who can perceive the WEB. The ones who have survived the judgment of being different and the "medication to fix them" will be the teachers of their parents and leaders of their societies.

Also, there are many of you who are adults or even "seniors" in your NOW who were also born as Indigo Children, but there are less of you. Those of you who are members of this group incarnated one Earth within the last 70 or 80 years to assist Gaia during the nuclear testing and myriad wars.

Those of you who survived the intense indoctrination of the physical patriarchy, had to "go underground" and keep your true SELF secret. Many of you forgot your true SELF, but the higher light is NOW serving to jar your memory. Others never forgot, but had to keep the secret of the WEB away from the forces and darkness. It will be those who remembered and those who survived third dimensional indoctrination who will the first ones to consciously perceive and use the web of creation.

Using the Web of Creation
We will now share how you can use this WEB to greatly amplify your innate, creative abilities. In fact, you are using it everyday in an unconscious manner. Of course, in order to consciously use the web, you will need to consciously feel it. We ask that you take a moment to tune into the animal earth-vessel that you are wearing. The easiest way to perceive the web of creation is through your skin.

You may need to use your fifth dimensional imagination/thought…
Imagine a slight breeze gently touching your face or bare arms…
Feel the WEB's invisible touch and tingling sensation…
Feel how you and the WEB are in constant energetic communication…

When your consciousness is bound to third dimensional stimuli, you will not be able to experience the WEB, but you will have an expanded perception of your physical sensations. Then, you feel the resistance of the ground beneath your feet and more vividly see objects that resonate to the third-dimensional spectrum of light and hear sounds that resonate to the third dimensional-spectrum of sound.

When you expand your consciousness through meditation, creative endeavor and/or release of 3D thoughts, emotions and concerns, the WEB connects with your multidimensional mind to amplify your multidimensional perceptions. Your higher visual sensations are primarily perceptible via your Third Eye and/or imagination, whereas your higher auditory sensations, which first appear as silent sounds, emanate from within rather than around you.

To consciously see these higher dimensional perceptions it is helpful to close your physical eyes and see how the web of creation reflects the light of the aura of every person, animal, plant or thing…

To consciously hear the higher frequencies of sound, close your eyes again to focus on that which you hear within. Focus not on the external sounds that you hear with your physical brain, but on the inner sounds that you hear with your multidimensional mind. At first, you may not hear a higher dimensional being. In fact, you may first hear your body as it speaks a non-verbal, imagistic language.

Listen not with your ears, but with your multidimensional mind…
Listen to your lightbody to activate the quantum portals within your DNA…

Use the power of imagination of your multidimensional mind to see the myriad portals opening within your body…
See how each portal is eagerly accepting the higher frequencies of light…

Feel how the acceptance of this light changes the inner experience of your earth vessel…
Feel the resonance of your inner voice…

These expanded perceptions may be best understood if you use your body as a amplifier to accept the higher frequency resonance and to express it through movement, drawing, singing and/or writing…

Do NOT judge yourself if you are not instantly successful with the use of your lightbody's higher perceptions. How many times did you fall down when you were learning to walk? How many mistakes did you make when you started your new job? How many times did you need to try-try-again to effectively communicate with your loved ones?

Be patient with your self. You are now activating a completely different form with a totally different operating system. Therefore, trust the animal in which YOU live as it innately works in partnership with the web of creation. Feel how the WEB responds to your attention when you shift your attention away from the 3D illusion and into the web of creation.

The web of creation responds to your energy field, your thoughts and emotions, by returning what you ask for. Hence, we must remind you that the WEB always reflects your strongest message. Therefore, if your mind says I am ready to activate my higher perceptions, while your emotional body is filled with fear, you are sending a yes/no message. Your mind is saying, "YES, please active lightbody perceptions," but your emotions are saying, "NO, I am not ready yet."

If you say to your child but stand up but sit down. What would that child do? If you say I am ready to transmute, but I am afraid to transmute, what would the WEB do? So many of you send fear-based messages into the WEB. Therefore, you are saying YES/NO. Therefore, you have sent a confusing message into the WEB, and what you get in return is confusion.

YOU are the Creator
Remember, just as the spider creates its web, you create your matrix for life. YOU are the creator of your life. When you tell the WEB I can't do … the WEB responds by assisting you to NOT do that thing. When you say I am ready to become lightbody the WEB responds by revealing the Path to becoming lightbody. The WEB does not create FOR you. The WEB assists you to manifest your desire by amplifying what your consciousness is projecting.

If your mind says "I want to…" but your emotions say, "I am afraid to…" your consciousness is lowered by you inner confusion. Also, if your consciousness is so low that it can only activate your physical brain, you will likely be unable to even accept that a web of creation exists. On the other hand, whenever your consciousness resonates to your multidimensional mind, you can hear and/or see the higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF who constantly interact with the WEB.

In other words, the Instruction Manual for the Web of Creation is in your multidimensional mind, but you have to raise your consciousness to read it.

Shun asked Ch'eng, "Is it possible to gain possession of the Way?"

"You don't even have possession of your own body - how could you possibly gain possession of the Way!"

"If I don't have possession of my own body, then who does?" said Shun.

"It is a form lent you by Heaven and earth. You do not have possession of life - it is a harmony lent by Heaven and earth. You do not have possession of your inborn nature and fate they are contingencies lent by Heaven and earth. You do not have possession of your sons and grandsons - they are castoff skins lent by Heaven and earth. So it is best to walk without knowing where you are going, stay home without knowing what you are guarding, eat without knowing what you are tasting. All is the work of the Powerful Yang in the world. How then could it be possible to gain possession of anything?"

We don't consciously make our hearts beat or our blood to circulate. Many times we don't even make our brains think! These functions typically happen of their own accord. Ch'eng is right; we don't truly possess our own bodies.

How to sit with someone who is suicidal?

Understand that their longing for death is really their longing for Home. This is a spiritual crisis, not merely a medical one. They are trying to awaken from a nightmare.

Understand that they cannot kill the Self, the One that they are, they can only kill the 'self', the one they have imagined themselves to be. Their longing to 'kill the self' is their longing to destroy the false, and awaken to Truth. Their longing to die has intelligence and creativity to it, and is worthy of respect. It is not a mistake, aberration or enemy, it is a yearning for authenticity.

Hold them, embrace them, as the urge to die - which is the urge to live in disguise - burns fiercely in them. Validate the place where they are right now. Don't try to control them or stop them feeling what they are feeling. Don't try to cheer them up or tell them that everything is really okay, or give them pre-packaged answers as a way to escape your own discomfort. They are sick of second hand answers! Go to the depths with them. Meet them in their aloneness without trying to fix them, without even trying to convince them that their desire to die is wrong, sick or invalid. Hold their hand. Go where nobody else has dared to go. Remember, you are only meeting yourself, meeting your own fear of death.

Don't speak to them as healer to victim, or as teacher to student, or as expert to novice, but as friend to friend, as intelligence to itself. Meet them beyond the divisive roles.

They are going through a profound crisis of identity, an essential rite of passage. Healing always involves crisis - sudden and unexpected change. Something in them, some ancient pain, longs to be felt, touched, validated. This is a cry for love as old as humanity. Who will listen?

They long to live, but don't know how. They long for intimate connection but can't find it in 'this life'. They long for deep acceptance and profound rest. Even though right now they feel like leaving, touch them with life, show your willingness to stay. Remind them that deep human connection is possible here, in this life, in this moment, in this place. Show them that even in the depths of their despair, they are not alone.

Be present at their crisis. Your presence says more than words ever could. Your fear is not necessary here. You are witnessing something sacred and intimate. Offer all of yourself.

Perhaps you don't need to know how to fix or save them. Perhaps that is not your true calling. Whether they will live or die, meet them now in that strange place of not knowing. Spend a conscious moment with them. Offer your deep listening. Remember, whether they stay or go, they are healing in the only way they know how. 

All of them are beloved, all of them are worthy.
