Bhagavan stated that self-enquiry should be performed with the same intensity as that of a drowning man struggling for air, only then can it succeed.

In reality, all we need do is simply to rest in the naked, pure awareness of the nature of mind, which is always present.

Every thought that leads you away from self-awareness is a trick created by the imposter (false self).

Do Your Spiritual Practice Everyday

If you do not do your spiritual practice everyday - eventually, sooner or later, your life will become full of suffering.
If you do not do your spiritual practice everyday - eventually, sooner or later, one or more of the thousands of different types of sorrow and suffering will enter your life.
If you do not do your spiritual practice everyday - you will continue to be caught in the cycle of birth and death, birth again, death again, birth again, death again and in that cycle, eventually, all of the thousands of forms that suffering takes will enter your life.
If you do not do your spiritual practice everyday - you will experience death, diseases, violence, loss of those you love and thousands of other types of suffering, lifetime after lifetime.
If you do your spiritual practice everyday - for the maximum amount of time you can create by dropping unnecessary activities - eventually all forms of suffering will end and you will live in Infinite-Eternal-Being-Awareness-Love-Bliss.
The purpose of spiritual practice is to experience Infinite-Eternal-Being-Awareness-Love-Bliss in this lifetime, not in the afterlife or some future lifetime.
All delays are tricks of the ego.
All detours are tricks of the imposter self.
All distractions are tricks of the false pretend self.
Every thought that leads you away from spiritual practice, is a trick created by the imposter.
So look at your daily activities, and drop all those activities that are not necessary, to create the most time you can create for spiritual practice, and practice everyday.
Taking a shower everyday is necessary. For most people, working to earn a living everyday is necessary.
Entertainment is not necessary.
Make sure that the spiritual practice you are doing IS the most rapid means to:

About Tracker School
The Tracker School was founded in 1978 by Tom Brown Jr, Americas most renowned Tracker, and Wilderness Survival expert. Based on the teachings of Stalking Wolf, the Apache elder from whom Tom began teaching, when he was seven years old, the school has expanded to include over 75 classes, divided into eight course tracks, of the teachings that Grandfather passed to tom.

Stalking Wolf was raised free of the reservations in the mountains of northern Mexico. Born in the 1870's during a time of great warfare and violence, he was part of a band of Lipan Apache that never surrendered. He was taught the traditional ways of his people and became a shaman and a scout. When he was twenty a vision sent him away from his people, and for the next sixty-three years he wandered, seeking teachers and learning the old ways of many native peoples, and others who lived close to the earth. Stalking Wolf traveled the length and breadth of the Americas, following the Creators call. He never held a job, drove a car, paid taxes, or participated in modern society. When he was eighty-three years old, he encountered a small boy gathering fossils in a stream bed. He recognized that boy as the person with whom he would spend his final years, and to whom he would teach all that he knew. That boy was Tom Brown, Jr. Tom became the recipient of not only all that Stalking Wolf had learned during his travels, but the distillation of hundreds of years of Apache culture as well. These are the teachings that Tom passes on at his famous Tracking, Nature, and Wilderness Survival School.

"TUNING IN is a truly unique feature-length spiritual documentary, the result of 10 years of inquiry into the phenomenon of spirit channeling by filmmaker David Thomas. Channeling is a practice dating back to antiquity wherein an individual, usually in a trance state, makes a psychic connection with a spirit being. The "channeler" is then able to act as a dimensional go-between in bringing other humans in contact with the entity, as well as interpreting messages from the entity."

my free eBooks shared with you

In a talk on journeys with rebecca, plaiedian "misses P" talks about everything on the outside of us, in our consciousness, is in the inside of us, and if we rely on the external things we will not only neglect where it really exists, but also will retard the growth of the internal true reality. And neglecting our inner reality, where it all comes from, we become a slave of second hand realities. Like our reptilian masters have trained us.

We are slave to the internet, to this bohemian technology, to money, to indentured servitude, to suffering. That we don't need this crap tricknology anymore. That we are gods and just need to go within and remember/ develop it there, like jesus. The so called powers that be pry their lowly power from our enslavement/ entrapment to their primitive tools, slowing us down, lowering our frequency, keeping us busy beta frequency, negativity, keeping us in fear, making us their bitches. We are in their box when we buy/ die. That we are prostitutes for the "necessity" we call money which is actually the key enslavement device. We are all that and then some.

I am talking here on this blog about different tools that can help us all out of this prison we feel all around us. The journey is being positive amidst all the sell outs / prostitutes around us. Hu-mans who have sold their majesty for rags. We are here to hold the light/ this information that we are gods. We already contain all that we need in the here/now. It's a perspective thing. Our only "job" is to be the source of this. We are the goal. It is right now. To be comfortable and accepting in this now moment. To not continue looking external, running around the wheel, to end the suffering, jump out of the matrix of death. Peace Of Mind. To not believe in this nightmare any longer. To not give it any more of our attention/ energy/ power. "you've been down that road, you know where it goes". The beings who run this frequency we currently call home are stealing our attention/ energy and want to keep us as primitive as they are. The way out is to see the perfection in all things. To feel compassion for these dark overlords and "forgive them for they know not what they do". If we don't go within we go without. Cut the ties to your fears. Win Win Begin Within. Face your fears. Buying is dying. Detox TPD death culture so we can all go back home to planet awesum. Our kingdom. We are royalty. Lets all claim it back.

Daniel has not used money in any way for 9 years. A middle aged former Peace Corps volunteer and social worker, he describes the events that led to giving up money completely from the cave where he now lives, located in the breathtaking canyons outside Arches National Park. Set against the backdrop of America's recent financial crisis, Daniel's philosophical, political, and spiritual tenets that guide his life free of credit and debt become startlingly immediate and challenge us to examine how money affects our true nature while providing a provocative glimpse into what life may be like in it's total absence. Quotes From Ted Kaczynski: from

"If you think that more effective law enforcement is unequivocally good because it suppresses crime, then remember that crime as defined by the system is not necessarily what YOU would call crime. Today, smoking marijuana is a "crime," and, in some places in the U.S.., so is possession of ANY firearm, registered or not, may be made a crime, and the same thing may happen with disapproved methods of child-rearing, such as spanking. In some countries, expression of dissident political opinions is a crime, and there is no certainty that this will never happen in the U.S., since no constitution or political system lasts forever."

The moral code of our society is so demanding that no one can think, feel and act in a completely moral way. For example, we are not supposed to hate anyone, yet almost everyone hates somebody at some time or other, whether he admits it to himself or not...

Oversocialization can lead to low self-esteem, a sense of powerlessness, defeatism, guilt, etc. One of the most important means by which our society socializes children is by making them feel ashamed of behavior or speech that is contrary to society's expectations. If this is overdone, or if a particular child is especially susceptible to such feelings, he ends by feeling ashamed of HIMSELF...

Raw Foods vs. Cooked Foods - The Great American Rat Experiment

(NaturalNews) The following is an account of an interesting three-part experiment comparing the effects of raw foods versus cooked foods in rats. This account is taken from a book titled Goldot, by Lewis E. Cook, Jr. and Junko Yasui:

"It has been found that a group of rats who were fed diets of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and grains from birth grew into completely healthy specimens and never suffered from any disease. They were never ill. They grew rapidly, but never became fat, mated with enthusiasm, and had healthy offspring. They were always gently affectionate and playful and lived in perfect harmony with each other. Upon reaching an old age, equivalent to 80 years in humans, these rats were put to death and autopsied. At that advanced age, their organs, glands, tissues and all body processes appeared to be in perfect condition without any sign of aging or deterioration.

A companion group of rats were fed a diet comparable to that of the average American and included white bread, cooked foods, meats, milk, salt, soft drinks, candies, cakes, vitamins and other supplements, medicines for their ailments, etc. During their lifetime, these rats became fat and from the earliest age, contracted most of the diseases of modern American society including colds, fever, pneumonia, poor vision, cataracts, heart disease, arthritis, cancer, and many more.

Most of this group died prematurely at early ages, but during their lifetime, most of them were vicious, snarling beasts, fighting with one another, stealing one another's food and attempting to kill each other. They had to be kept apart to prevent total destruction of the entire group. Their offspring were all sick and exhibited the same general characteristics as the parents.

As this group of rats died one by one or in epidemics of various diseases, autopsies were performed revealing extensive degenerative conditions in every part of their bodies. All organs, glands, and tissues were affected, as were the skin, hair, blood, and nervous system. They were all truly total physical and nervous wrecks. The same conditions existed in the few which survived the full duration of the experiment.

A third companion group of rats was fed the same diet as the second group to an age equivalent to about forty years in humans. They displayed the same general symptoms as the second group. They were sick and vicious so that they had to be separated to prevent them from killing each other and stealing one another's food. At the end of this initial period, all rats in this group then received the natural (raw) diet of the first group of rats. Within one month, the behavioral pattern had changed completely so that the now docile, affectionate, playful creatures were once again able to live together in a harmonious society and from this point on never suffered any illness.

Several rats were put to death and autopsied at the end of the initial period revealing the same general deterioration as that exhibited in the second group of rats. However, the remaining rats lived out the full duration of the experiment, to the equivalent of 80 years in humans, and when they were autopsied there were no signs of aging or deterioration or disease just as those in the first group. The obvious disease, degeneration, and deterioration of body parts evident in their first half of life had been completely reversed and excellent health restored.

The same principles apply to human life as there is only one Truth! Thus, it may be concluded that sick people may be restored to health simply by choosing the proper diet and observing the other rules of health. There is no mystery. There is no external force that will help –- all healing is accomplished within the body, by the body, in accordance with the laws of organic life and health."

Junk food-addicted rats chose to starve themselves rather than eat healthy food. Death Cult-ure

(NaturalNews) A diet including unlimited amounts of junk food can cause rats to become so addicted to the unhealthy diet that they will starve themselves rather than go back to eating healthy food, researchers have discovered.

In a series of studies conducted over the course of three years and published in the journal
Nature Neuroscience, Scripps Florida scientists Paul Johnson and Paul Kenny have shown that rats' response to unlimited junk food closely parallels well-known patterns of drug addiction -- even down to the changes in brain chemistry.

"What we have are these core features of addiction, and these animals are hitting each one of these features," Kenny said.

In their first study, the researchers fed
rats on either a balanced diet or on the same diet plus unlimited access to junk foods purchased at a local supermarket, including processed meats and cakes. Within a short time period, the rats on the junk food diet began to eat compulsively and quickly became overweight.

"They're taking in twice the amount of calories as the control rats," Kenny said.

The researchers hypothesized that the rats were
eating compulsively because, like drug addicts, they had become desensitized to smaller amounts and needed more and more for the same rush of pleasure.

Many recreational drugs work by directly stimulating the brain's pleasure centers, particularly the dopamine receptor known as D2. Overstimulation of this receptor causes the body to start producing less dopamine, leading the addict to compensate by taking more of the drug.

Derrick Jensen: Endgame

Derrick Jensen named Press Action Person of the Year for 2006

From the Press Action website

"The recipient of this award was never in doubt. Derrick Jensen's Endgame, released in late spring, was the best work of nonfiction in 2006. Given the significance of its subject matter and the urgency of Jensen's message, Endgame is the most important book of the decade and could stand as the must-read book of our lifetimes. But be careful. The book is likely to send you into periods of despondency over the bleak future of the planet. But Jensen explains that if enough of us stand up and work together to fight the fascists, the crash won't be as devastating. And the long struggle will eventually result in an explosive renewal of all forms of life on the planet."

From the website

"Having long laid waste our own sanity, and having long forgotten what it feels like to be free, most of us too have no idea what it's like to live in the real world. Seeing four salmon spawn causes me to burst into tears. I have never seen a river full of fish. I have never seen a sky darkened for days by a single flock of birds. (I have, however, seen skies perpetually darkened by smog.) As with freedom, so too the extraordinary beauty and fecundity of the world itself: It's hard to love something you've never known. It's hard to convince yourself to fight for something you may not believe has ever existed." --from Endgame, Volume I

"Hailed as the philosopher poet of the ecological movement, best-selling author Derrick Jensen returns with a passionate forecast of how industrial civilization, and the persistent and widespread violence it requires, is unsustainable. Jensen's intricate weaving together of history, philosophy, environmentalism, economics, literature and psychology has produced a powerful argument that demands attention in the tradition of such important books as Herbert Marcuse's Eros and Civilization and Brigid Brophy's Black Ship to Hell."

using / having lots of physical things is for dorks i guess. work sux. needing things sux. moving sometimes sux. having to do things when u dont want to, sux. ... loin clothes? jainism? what is extreme? it's all so muddy. all this "stuff" didn't work for long. wish it did. consuming more makes u numb. obviously it takes backbone to go without. and having things for the most part causes suffering on all levels. and all the cool people were like, see ya! nothing is going to save us.. i think we are all just trying to wear ourselves out. does anybody really know anything? can humans really contribute anything of value? don't really think so myself. why do we keep trying? are we just wearing ourselves out? is that the point?

hi world :) i have no idea, sorry. sooo, what's going on here? all i know is that i have been on the floor, all day and i feel a little cracked out cause i ate a bunch of chocolate chips and im going through a coffee phase that's about over with. it's a way beautiful night. full moon. cool breeze but not cold. crickets. hahahouse is fn amazing. so pretty everywhere. i been feeling super overwhelmed. really sick of phones. don't really want to do anything for anybody even more than ever. haven't i done enough? guess i have to draw the line. it's a matter of what i am comfortable with. im not very comfortable at all, almost ever. why?. sleep helps sometimes. another day of nothing. groundhog day. i don't really want to prove anything. i just want to be happy and at peace but not sedated or unconscious or treading on anyone else in any way. why do i keep doing all this stuff. it seems like im just wasting time. don't want to waste any time. i just want out. i am hoping to give up all this useless searching and pushing ideas on people that don't work. nobody cares. why do i? do i even? am i just taking a shit? im just like passing the time. i really wanna just sit and meditate with nothing. but it's tough. one day. then maybe this hell will pass? ambition sux. where does it come from? who does it serve? get me out of here! please! make it easy. make it fun. not traumatic, puleease. no more trauma. i've had enough of that stuff. shit sux.
... .aahhmm well, below is stuff from the videos things..  love without condition, trying to grasp this one.. been important lately. trying to love myself in all ways. even super anxious now form. hey super / supper / slipper / flipper. ..all right. buy bye. nnight :o Zzzz im trying to ease my way into nothing all the time, like literally, i guess? fuck

Hi andrew cauthen here. This is my hahahouse where i live. It's "paid" for. I made it in about a month-ish. I love it. I don't need more space. If i want more I go outside. It's insulated. Super cheap to heat/ cool (windows open in the shade for summer, passive solar heat sun for winter). It has a loft and lots of windows. I especially like the skylights (thanks kramer!). i have solar powered christmas lights that come on at night automatically. I salvaged most of the materials from trash at construction sites or wood I found around. I built this in an alley behind my friends house 98% by myself. I used mostly just a rechargeable drill/ circle saw. borrowed power to use them. I'm trying to graduate to just sleeping outside but this is good for now.

thanks to habitat for humanity "restore" for all the bargains and lowes/ home depot for helping me with the rest. I spent a little under $3000 I think. If I built another one it would be smaller, no loft, less well built (i work too hard, not good, this thing is a beast!). Srsly this thing could roll over many times n still be good. all screws. uhm well some of it was nail gun. super cross braced with metal. 19/32 plywood on outside under metal. tar papered and tyvek'd. corrugated metal w 100 year lifetime. screws siliconed. window bases are recycled signs, aluminum, and sloped. 13feet tall 6feet wide 10feet long. got the trailer for $850.

freedom of information copyright copyleft everything is information SHARE!

freedom of information / copyright / copyleft / everything is information / SHARE!

i'm just writing something here you probably won't agree with but you all know deep down is mostly true. You are looking for a way out of your self destruction and have been your whole life. you have tried to do this by conforming to what people "above" you have told you what works, even though you know most of it doesn't, since it hasn't worked for them.

Everything should be free. Freedom of information makes life happen. Limiting that freedom stifles freedom. All information should be available to all without condition (monetary/ financially especially!). To limit people of information because of financial reasons is theft, is class war, is terrorism, and more than all that, is counterproductive and limiting of your own freedoms. Limiting others limits you because they then do not have something to offer you back. Everyone is continually receiving / giving. There is no way around that. If we limit any process of that. We are missing out.

Don't you want to have the most access to the most possibilites on earth? Well make it available to all!! Support those who do that and do it yourself. Sharing is caring for yourself. Don't let insecurities get in the way of your life. There is enough for all and more where that came from always. When you are stingy, you are being stingy with yourself, limiting your reality, closing yourself down, dying. You've been down that road. You know where it goes.

To copyright something, to make something "property" is to steal from someone. Also it is to support people that support stealing from others. Irresponsible. Counterproductive. People that have "money" shouldn't be the only people that are allowed to play with information. This is true dark age stuff guys. If you don't public domain all your things, then we are all in poverty, homeless, in shambles. Don't make the same mistake your parents made. Don't choose fear. Choose love. Give it all away for free, the wealthiest way to be! :)

This is the answer you have been looking for. It's starts with you. Theft is property. Theft from yourself. Start contributing. Be whole. Grow up. Share. Lets get out of the dark ages!! YEAH!!! Yess!

When u do what u don't really enjoy u are setting a bad example for others and continuing the pain. It's a recipe for disaster and you should know by now that it will never work. Change now for the future. Do your dishes. Be a response able model citizen. Be sustainable. Do what works now and forever more. Stop selling out to dorks that don't care about you. Choose the higher path that works for all instead of just the few. Please, don't waste your or anybody elses precious time. Liberate yourself from the shackles of poverty by living/ sharing the abundance that you have, that you are. Stop being a terrorist coward dork poser crying over the spilt milk trying to get everyone else to do the work for you cause your scared and don't want to face reality. The current culture is based on blame/ displacement. Stop now. You have a choice. Choose again. Trust the universe to provide for you. Relax, Love, and Enjoy yourself. Be nice to yourself. Thanks for ur time :) With much love and respect.  ..cosmic coffer

Fuck Patience. Break The Law For A Higher Ethical Purpose. End Civilization

some things from or

Fuck Patience

The final piece from END:CIV is both a reality check and a call to arms. Can we really expect the power structures to change their destructive ways by asking nicely? Do we have unlimited time to stop the destruction of the planet? The answer to both questions is no. If we are serious about defending the biosphere and abolishing the institutions responsible for the hyper exploitation of the land, we have to become a resistance movement and go beyond “feel good” symbolic actions.

  • Pacifying Resistance

Some of the most celebrated social justice victories of the 20th century are attributed to the great pacifists of our time, Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King. This constitutes a historical whitewash, as these “victories” were achieved when the state weighed its options and chose the lesser of two evils: the pacifists. In this segment Derrick Jensen, Lierre Keith, Aric Mcbay, Harjap Grewal, Gord Hill and Peter Gelderloos deconstruct the Gandhi myth and show us why militant action plays an important role in movements of resistance.

Green is the Color of Money

As environmentalism becomes mainstream, corporations and well funded environmental organizations work hand in hand to divert the public’s efforts into market driven solutions.
With runaway climate change looming in the horizon, we must ask ourselves what are the tactics we are going to use to stop the destruction and take us beyond symbolic gestures.

Tat Wale Baba

According to Vedic scripture, the mere sight of a yogi saint is sufficient to transform an individual's life from the pursuit of mundane pleasures to the pursuit of wisdom and god-realization. My personal experience bears truth to this statement. I was profoundly influenced by the sight of Sri Tat Wale Baba, and my brief two hours' encounter with him. Sri Tat Wale Baba was the living embodiment of the Vedas. He did not have to speak or preach. He exhibited those qualities about which other yogis only preach. His presence radiated a divine essence that, of itself, communicated the goal of life to all who had the honor to come within his aura.
This book was written out of my deep admiration and respect for Sri Tat Wale Baba. It is a tribute to one of the world's greatest twentieth-century yogis who, because of his reclusive life-style, has received little publicity outside of India. It is the intent of this book to memorialize Sri Tat Wale Baba for the many people who knew and loved him. Of further intent is to introduce the Western world and all seekers of God to Sri Tat Wale Baba so that they might glimpse (albeit in book format) the life of an enlightened yogi.
